Warm weather makes most people long for Florida, but Jacksonville enjoys more seasonal weather than the year round heat rash that is Miami's climate. Even in the winter you're tempted to leave the screen door open and keep your sandals on.

I love living in my flip flops year round. What I love to see, also, is the change of colors. Verdant palm trees mingled with yellowing oak leaves. A hot cup of soup at Joe's Crab Shack makes a barefoot stroll on the beach possible in November.

Take your shoes off and live the beach life in "Jax." Just be sure to get your pedicure!
