Kate, I need to know the best mortgage advice regarding lowest interest rates? Daily mortgage rates differ between lenders. Interest rates differ during the day. I only find national average rates online.

How can I be sure that I am getting the best mortgage rate from my lender?

Since mortgage rates are tending downward, I am not locking in my rate. So I will not know what I get until closing.

Besides trusting my lender, how can I make sure I will get the lowest rate on the given day of closing?
