Finding A Way To Buy A Home

by Starting Over Again
(USA)

I need to buy a home. I have recently separated from my husband. While we were together, I was a stay at home mother for four years. I am now having to start all over.

I have a few job interviews lined up and have been looking for a home for myself and my children. I've even found one that is priced low enough where I know I could handle the payment.

Are there any mortgage companies willing to help me finance a new home considering my situation? I have never done this because my husband already had a mortgage before we met.
