Regarding Real Estate and Home Mortgage Help: Hi Kate, Love your site! I had my mortgage brokerage company for 12 years. I closed in in 2007 and now am investing. Our "heart" lies in selling to first time home buyers offering them affordable homes.

Currently, we have 5 properties in Indy that are rented - most of the renters would like to purchase, but credit problems.

My question to you is, I'd like to work with them on getting their credit up to speed so they can purchase. Because it's been awhile now, I'm out of touch with general Conv/FHA guidelines. Can you suggest where I can look to find U/W guidelines (Yes, I've always read them!) Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
