When the leaves begin to change and the cold fog begins to roll in off Humboldt Bay, my thoughts and vehicle turn to the South, specifically Las Vegas.
As what is commonly known as a snow bird, I spend my winters in the Oasis RV park a few miles off the strip in Las Vegas. The weather is fantastic and the Casinos offer a wealth of entertainments. My favorite is the comedy club at the Tropicana, the, Top of the Trop.

I love stand up comedy and some of the best in the business come to Las Vegas every year as do I. The Club at the Riviera also has some good young comics. There are of course a myriad of stage shows but comedy is my favorite.
I am a night owl by nature but on the rare occasion I do venture out in the day the golf courses are numerous championship quality. Even my home away from home, the Oasis, has a first rate practice green.
They also have a fitness center to help keep me in shape. A good thing as the Las Vegas buffets are amazing.
