• Employer's name, address and phone number, last 2 years
• Beginning and ending dates for each job, last 2 years
• Explanation of job gaps, last 2 years
• Certificate of Eligibility and DD 214, for VA loans

Income Documentation

• Current pay stubs
• W2 statements, last 2 years
• Tax returns, last 2 years for self-employed, retirees, RE investors
• Current year profit and loss statement, for self-employed
• Divorce decree, child support plan, receipt of payments

Assets

• Bank statements, all pages, last 2 months
• Investment statements, all pages, last 2 months
• Rental agreements, for real estate investors
