  • Explanation of job gaps, last 2 years
  • Certificate of Eligibility and DD 214, for VA loans
  • College diploma in the absence of job history

Income Documentation

  • Current pay stubs
  • W2 statements, last 2 years
  • Tax returns, last 2 years for self-employed, retirees, RE investors
  • Current year profit and loss statement for self-employed
  • Divorce decree, spousal maintenance plan, receipt of payments
