Ask Kate - Need HARP Lender To Refi My Home: Hi Kate, I'm trying to refi my home and am having trouble finding a lender who participates in the HARP program.

Gina continues... It's been very frustrating because they all "say they do" but don't just to try and get your business with high interest rates and closing costs.

Thank you, Gina
