I Need Help Refinancing An Investment Property: Hi Kate, I need help from anyone who can think of a way I can refinance my investment property without cash out of pocket.


Anna continues... With market values as they are, my equity is only 10%. All of my monthly house payments are current and have been on time for 10 years. My mortgage rate is 8.5%.
