What's Not to Love?! It seems it would be difficult to NOT love San Diego. There are miles and miles of beaches - and with such diversity. Beaches packed with spring-breakers and beaches sprinkled with families; beaches on boardwalks, beaches on cliffs; quiet coves and amazing surf spots...



We don't need to leave our city to have a true vacation. My family and I have stayed in a hotel downtown and taken the trolley around the city, feeling completely like we were on vacation, only 10 minutes from our house.

We've got SeaWorld, the famous San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, a new baseball stadium, an aquarium, a bustling downtown, Little Italy, music events, art events... it's a destination, a vacation... and for us, we are lucky it is home.

For those of us lucky enough to vacation in San Diego, you mention some irresistible "can't afford to miss" spots.

We are fortunate to have family living in San Diego and on a recent trip went to the Wild Animal Park for the first time. The Cove has always been a favorite beach setting of mine too.
