Tips On Refinancing A Mortgage: Hi! Kate Ford here or you may know me as Ask Kate or even Super Kate. It's been a tough year for homeowners trying to keep their homes out of foreclosure. Home buyers experience difficulties financing their dream homes.

How do I know? By the number of letters I receive.
