Well I was gonna refinance

I used to think refinancing was great, when the economy was up and nobody was in fear of losing their jobs. At this point in time, I believe refinancing is not a good idea at all with all the uncertainty of whose going bankrupt next week.
Me and my husband talked about refinancing so we could do some home improvements, but we will wait until things are back to normal.
But overall, refinancing is great and it can be stressful, but if your credit is decent and you have a great lender relationship - its a breeze.
